Flat-Fee Pricing

Flat Fees. Know the Full Cost Before You Commit.

Immigration cases are stressful enough without an open-ended bill. We quote one flat fee for your case — or per stage on defense work — before any work begins. Tell us about your case and we'll quote it.

  • One flat fee, quoted up front — no hourly billing
  • Defense and detention work priced stage by stage
  • Government filing fees itemized separately, never hidden

Tell us the case type and we'll come back with your exact flat fee — and an honest read on whether the case is worth filing at all.

We respond within one business day. Flat-rate strategy consultations — we confirm scheduling options and any consultation fee when we reply. We use your contact details only to respond to your inquiry. Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Privacy Policy.

How our flat fees work

One number, before we start

Your quote depends on the case type and how much work your situation actually needs — then it's fixed. The fee covers the preparation, filings, and follow-through for that case or stage, and it doesn't change mid-case because a form took longer than expected.

Defense work is priced by stage

Removal and detention cases are quoted in defined stages — the bond fight, pleadings, the merits hearing — each with its own flat fee. A family in crisis is never signing a blank check for an open-ended fight.

Government fees are separate and itemized

USCIS and court filing fees are set by the government and paid to the government — we itemize them alongside your quote so the full cost of the case is on one page. If we don't think your case is worth filing, we tell you that instead of quoting it.
